Ingredients for 2 portions:
- Avocado - 1 pc;
- lemon - 1 pc;
- green bell pepper - 1/4 pc;
- parsley;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- seasoning to taste;
- salt to taste;
- oil to taste.
We take an avocado and cut it in half. Remove the pit. We take a spoon and scrape all the avocado pulp into the bowl of a small food processor.
We finely chop the green peppers and garlic cloves. We finely chop the greens (parsley). Put the peppers, garlic and greens into the avocado pulp.
Add salt and seasoning to taste. I used a ready-made salt and seasoning mix. I also added some hot green chili sauce and cold-pressed linseed oil.
Finally, squeeze in the juice of a lemon. Our mixture is ready, all that remains is to beat it.
Beat until smooth and homogeneous.
The cream we obtained as a result is called Salsa. You can use it to spread on bread, crackers and crepes. You can also use it as a salad dressing instead of mayonnaise.
